8WELL WORKOUT PROGRAMMING⁣

At 8Well our strength group training sessions are programmed so that the entire week flows together. ⁣

The program is phased out in 3 week periods, meaning the workouts each day are the same for 3 weeks in a row, and then we progress them to the next phase. ⁣

The days themselves are different as well and run as follows👇⁣

Monday - Upper Push/Lower Pull⁣
Tuesday - Full Body⁣
Wednesday - Upper Pull/Lower Push⁣
Thursday - Full Body⁣
Friday - Full Body Compound Circuit⁣
Saturday - Full Body ⁣
Sunday - Full Body Power/Conditioning
