I got a question if I buy it from another European country off eBay will the phone work fine in in the UK?

So want 2 buy a gr8 phone with replaceable battery. Argument is 'we cant make ohone so slim- v20 looks plenty slim. Also Samsung S5 2013-waterproof + replaceable battery. Never since. Germany wants 2 make non-replaceable battery illegal on environmental grounds....

Would I be worth it to get a v20 still
