Magazines popping out of no where and stupid crappy hands going through the gun.
Terrible animations. 
COD 4 had SUCH a better animation for each gun and that game is older then this one.

I wouldn't say these animations are bad per se.
The problems with these animations:
-Clipping. A Shit ton of them
-Big rigs that don't look good to use
-A lot of lag between hands and objects.
-The weapon models

Other than that, there are quite good concepts there, and probably the hand motions as well.

Woa! This was really cool to see randomly pop up for suggested videos. I'm the Syndicate guy on PS3 and currently taking my slow time creating an extensive co-op video guide. The knowledge needs to be out there. Guides that do exist are missing much info or completely wrong in areas, so I'm making that my passion project between other things I'm doing. Anyways, cool video!

Well, i guess it's good that i dashed through this game non-stop, and didn't payed much attention to animations... But seriously:
- EMW-56 - official fluff states 5.4mm caliber, and here projectile is almost finger-sized
- Riotlance - 40 flechettes in a ten round drum
- LAWS-92 - HOW IT'S NOT DESTROYS ITSELF? WHO THOUGHT IT'S A GOOD DESIGN?!
- SWARM - Cool gun - shitty execution BEHOLD! THE MIGHTY FLYING BRICK'O'MISSILES
