I find these vids kind of controversial. Like are we really focusing listening to this? Because if anything I feel like this makes me think deeper and begin overthinking. Or do we listen to it because of the warmth that we get knowing so many people are listening to this or similar stuff trying to focus relax or sleep. People with similar problems, similar goals. Think of people that wish they were living the moment of studying as it used to be. I sometimes procrastinate. Very often. But remember what if you're not too productive? Maybe you're going through a hard time. Try to chill. It'll all be okay. If you're just fine, appreciate the moment. Even if you're not just fine, live the moment and appreciate it.
