I have a question.. I recently bought an M audio mini 32 .. However I am having trouble downloading Xpand2.. any help? It says it should pop up in my avid account but I do not see it there. All I see is Pro Tools first. I would appreciate the help!

Greetings - I am unable to get connectivity with Pro Tools 11 and Mini 32 MK3. I have followed all directions as advised in adding Midi Device to PT 11 to no avail. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
