So simple! And what all the best athletes do! Everyone else is trying to sell you quick fixes. There are no shortcuts! Do the roadwork or stay mediocre at best! Ali, Tyson, Mayweather, Pacqiaou.. They all did it because it is the way! Even Rocky did it!!

Wtf? If you will stretch your heart you will face a tons of issues with it during old age. Thats why pulse meters are so important for running and etc, just to make sure you will not exceed maximum allowed heartbeats rate specifically for you that counted by formula. Otherwise you will get stretched heart that works badly in calm conditions
