ОтветитьBan Buuhan, Ban the 3 drop Chunky Buu, but leave babidi ALONE. Then ban pilaf, then ban one of the halo exclusive tools like short hair. One could argue that one more generic blue tool, like one of their removal cards or final hope, should be hit as well. Unban Kefla, maybeeee limit the red SCR in exchange, and then ban 4 drop droids. I think the point about buuhan is moot because your opponent is FORCED to remove it using removal cards while the buu play gets to keep generating advantage using say, another buuhan the next turn or something else. Babidi is actually a perfectly fine card in a vaccum, its in the context of Buuhan and the Chunky buu that hes a problem.

Ответитьi heavily disagree on the activate battle take. i don't think we need more of stuff that impacts the opponent on the opponent's turn, and if they do that it needs to be held back in its effect. if they make a counter card that heavily impacts your opponent's play that card is going to be super good and most games will become a matter of "did you see that particular card in all of your deck? then you win", some yugioh type shit. ppl have to Remember a game is more fun when you get to play it and if your opponent can instantly negate or invalidate your whole move just because they had the card in hand, it's not gonna be fun. i'd honestly drop the game right then and there if they made such a card
ОтветитьHaloku fix- ban girls with short hair, ban sword of hope, limit videl to 2. Pilaf is annoying but hasn’t been uber powerful until now with all the 1 drop earthling extras. Other cards should be banned prior to looking further at pilaf.
Fix yellow blue vegeta- ban the 1 cost bulma that recycles extras from drop. Unlimited extras are a big no when you have auto 2 energy at the end of turn and you have rakshasa that gives 25k and puts another card in rest mode. You lose zero momentum on your turn while you are just playing the game of attrition.
Fix yellow buu- ban babidi and limit buuhan to 2. I know everyone says the problem isn’t babidi, but it is. It’s a free destructible body that lets you play out both 3 cost buus and destroys your hand at the same time. Without him the opponent would have to rely mostly on. 1 drops and there is plenty of 1 drop destruction. Let’s be real, the 30k can’t restand without destroying another unit. So turn 5 you aren’t laying double strike kid buu into your 30k buu and getting 4 swings without killing your double strike kid buu. It’s the free target for their abilities that gives them so much efficiency. I haven’t played buu even one time since his release, so I can assure you my assessment holds zero bias on his viability.
Androids fix- limit 4 drop to 1 or 2. The problem is their ability to ramp rapidly and apply aggression at the same time. If the 4 drop only did energy restand it wouldn’t have been as broken as it is today. There should always be trade off, aggression/go wide, or ramp. The androids allow both, which is what’s broken when you train them together. So limit them to 1 or 2 to slow down consistency in drawing them and the ability to lay 3-4 in one turn.

Buu at 5 energy playing DS, Babadi , and Buff Buu swing 5 times, and you have to discard.
With no added combo on swing, at min. You are losing 3 Supers and 3 cards.

Essentially, replacing themselves, but keep in mind you have to discard for effect.
Swing with leader included you are losing 5 cards w/ no additional combo added.
I build every green deck I play (cell, piccolo, starter Broly) so that I am @8 energy on by turn 5.

you will have only one playable green deck so why?
The top of the meta is yellow (super buu and vegeta blue) and blue (haloku, vegeta mini)
Androids don't win a single tournament, so why would you want to ban them?
i think that we need to change the way Barrier works. in other card games like; magic, grand archive and others effects like barrier don't protect you from aoe spells/effects because its targeting everything and not that card specifically. zen-oh should be able to remove barrier cards as its an aoe everything leaves. the same with the 6 cost sec goku everything gets - 20000 power. its a small change but it would make dealing with barrier much better.
Ответитьalso we need to get rid of on K.O effects in the game and change them to on removal. this game is dumb with all the removal. you can K.O., bottom deck, return to hand, minus to 0, combo a card. trash a card, and add to energy a card. with 7 different ways to remove something from play K.O effects are a joke and have little to no meaning.
ОтветитьHaven't played much, but I think Red could get a card similar to the SS4 Broly SCR from Masters that's a blanket effect that can be an issue for Barrier cards defensively because you'll have to commit more cards to protect from Attacks
ОтветитьI would love kefla at 2 for my UI deck. My favorite combo with that card is to pop it, play out the sr ssj blue vegeta, discard 2, then swing with a 55k vegeta, my 55k copy ui, and then kefla, its super strong, and a really fun way to get pressure on my opponent.

ОтветитьActivate: Battle skills are kind of doomed from a design standpoint. If you already meet the requirement and there's no way to play around them, it feels frustrating. For example, starting with 2 Battle Cards, you know Rakshasa is going to rest one of them. Now, the cards themselves are probably fine, but the point is that it wasn't really fun or dynamic. They got what they needed and they ARE going to stop you.
HOWEVER, if you make it so that your opponent can easily make you miss the condition or window, such as by removing your Krillin/Yamcha in your example, the turn player gets to feel clever and that's fun, but the defensive player feels like an idiot. Removal is so so free this game that you're basically asking your opponent to wreck you, and you are doubly punished because you didn't even use your energy in your own turn. Defensive skills like Jiren's consistently feel like you're being screwed over just for being reactive and not proactive. It's just too risky.
And ironically, they have to push those cards a lot so that they offset the downside, and it's still not worth it to, say, drop a Jiren against blue. So we end up with an extremely high risk-reward dynamic, where if they don't remove your thing immediately they're probably super behind, but if they do you're probably just losing.
On K.O. effects have a similar issue.
You know what needs Barrier? A small blocker. It's hilarious how blockers are so incredibly bad in this game. I think a card that simply gets to block once would work very well.

ОтветитьWhen pilaf gets hit, most blue leaders will feel it. Maybe leader lock it to trunks. Seems like it was intended for him to abuse anyway with all the earthling stuff. This way it gives trunks a shot at some spotlight as he was never really relevant.
ОтветитьSo what If we use a Version of the Legend system from Flesh and Blood where Leaders get Points when they win Tournaments and get "banned" (Not legal for normal Play but for the banned Leader format). So WE could out rotate stuff Like buu, haloku etc Out so that newer leaders can Shine better.

Ответитьthe problem is with yellow receiving alot of support and mechanics like discard that are only usable by yellow makes them so toxic for the metagame. I don't think there is a card that should be banned, but some leaders should receive more support, actually there is no way to win a green gohan vs buu match.
