My firsr time to attend the Tortellino Festival at the historic Palazzo Re Enzo, Bologna, Italy. And as usual for us "the winner is".. from Restaurante Vivo as their bearer dish outstand all other Tortellino dishes.Went back twice to order 😂 and I still moan for it's yumminess.
We've been to their restaurant for our anniversary dinner so we already knew the taste especially me who was really so into their tortellini.
Tortellini, and their larger relative, tortelloni, are homemade stuffed pastas originally from the Emilia-Romagna region of Northeastern Italy. This region is renowned for its’ many wonderful varieties of stuffed pastas, which date back to the Middle Ages. In Bologna, these small ‘dumplings’ are referred to as tortellini.
Tortellino Festival is back for the tenth year in a traditional version and open to all. On Tuesday 4 October, the Tour-tlen RistoAssociation convenes the best professionals of taste at Palazzo Re Enzo to offer the public tortellino in 20 tasty recipes .
