I lost 7lbs in January and I'm trying to do even better than that for February! First step is always nutrition, so meal prep and juice with me for the first week of February.
Juices:
Green Juice: Apple, Celery, Lemon, Ginger
Red Juice: Beets, Oranges, Carrots, Lemon & Ginger
Meals:
- Chicken Teriyaki to pair with Quinoa and Broccoli or make Chicken Tacos (add in low carb tortillas, avocado, chopped tomatoes and hot sauce for extra flavor)
- Ground beef burgers for Burger Bowls (add it to a bowl of shredded lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, sugar free bbq sauce, shredded cheese and avocado)
- Buttered Shrimp to pair with Quinoa and Broccoli or make Shrimp Tacos (low carb tortillas, avocado etc.)
Or make them all into salads :)
