Jamaica dis themself. I am glad he left.
ОтветитьYou got to take into consideration where the coach is from Island not many people from a country like Island gonna adjust the a country like Jamaica so weather wise Ireland definitely suit him more
Ответить😅🤣😂😇
ОтветитьDis jamaica how???with all the drama, unprofessionalism, bad infrastructure, lack of crowd support.what else should he has done?we diss ourself and now all u know it all can go do the better job that you all say you can do.let the man be.
ОтветитьWe need to support our own
Build and invest in a youth with potentiak send him awY for q0 yrs overseas then change will. Cme....
I never like him I never trusted him n he is a terrible coach
ОтветитьThe situation regarding Coach Heimir Hallgrímsson's potential departure from Jamaica to Ireland could be viewed from different perspectives. Here's are some nuanced take:
### Disrespect:
1. **Commitment to Current Team**: If Hallgrímsson had recently signed a contract or made commitments to Jamaica's football team, his departure might be seen as a lack of loyalty or an abrupt shift in priorities, which could be interpreted as disrespectful to the team and its supporters.
2. **Timing**: If his departure comes at a crucial time, such as during important qualifiers or tournaments, it might feel like he is abandoning the team when they need stability and leadership the most.
### Professional Decision:
1. **Career Advancement**: Coaches, like players, often move to new opportunities that they believe will advance their careers. If the offer from Ireland is a significant step up in terms of prestige, resources, or personal goals, it might be seen as a logical career move rather than disrespect.
2. **Mutual Agreement**: If his departure is part of a mutual agreement or a well-communicated decision with the Jamaican Football Federation, it would be more of a professional transition than an act of disrespect.
### Fan and Team Impact:
1. **Expectations and Morale**: Fans and team members might feel disappointed or let down, especially if they had high hopes for Hallgrímsson's tenure. This emotional response can sometimes be perceived as a sense of disrespect.
2. **Communication**: The way Hallgrímsson communicates his decision can greatly affect perceptions. Transparent, respectful communication about his reasons and plans can mitigate feelings of disrespect.
In essence, whether his departure is seen as disrespectful largely depends on the context, the manner of the departure, and the perspectives of those involved.
Foolishness
ОтветитьPpl stay in one job and get other jobs all the time. I've done it b4. If it's not working out I agree that he left on his own terms. 2 WC games 2 victories. He did his job. Good luck Grimmy..
ОтветитьThat is so true me boss
ОтветитьHow theam diss jamaica? He came n did what he did ,regardless of all the off field drama ,bad infrastructures, JFF taking ages to get him stuff he asked for ,the man dont have time for unprofessionalism
ОтветитьHe's from Iceland 🇮🇸 a small country of 300k people Jamaica has about 3 million. Iceland does well in football in Europe they use local based players who train together every evening. He not getting that in Jamaica. See what he will do with Ireland 🇮🇪 they understand his mission and see the potential
ОтветитьNo disss
ОтветитьThe Jff dissed their own Jamaican coach for him. So I say they deserve to be dissed, and are to be blamed for the confusion and turmoil.
ОтветитьThe man never diss Jamaica the man get a better offer oh please ever one looking better in life
ОтветитьDon't wrong him, u nuh c the pay check he getting now, jamaica a play around with people time and money
ОтветитьI would love to see the terms of his contract to see if he breached any of the key standards. So his heart was not with Jamaica in its Copa champaign. The swiftness of his Ireland move indicate he could along with his actions have been in a "don't care mindset" and that in itself is a breach No matter the chaos in JFF his task & standard does not change unilaterally.Maybe he should be reported to FIFA.
ОтветитьThe man no dis Jamaica the country is wash with corruption . God is close to delivering harvest it not going to be long
ОтветитьI would never use a Jamaica coach fr the reggae boy with more is a primary coach.u have to work very hard to be a international coach he doesn't drinking that water 😂😢
ОтветитьFull time now wi stop blaming people for our own downfall, mi would a leave to
ОтветитьJff diss themselves
ОтветитьJFF IS THE FAULT
ОтветитьWhat ever word you want to use to describe the coach's behavior. He made a fool of Jamaica. I think this is because he saw that Jamaica is weak through the JFF. To pay someone US$600,000 a year, more than your leader and he presented himself like that , it was not worth it. How can we say it was worth it ?
ОтветитьMe nuh wrong him fi diss dem bbclt
ОтветитьWhy JFF can't just resign and LEAVE too?
ОтветитьSuspended fi real
ОтветитьGladly that he left we have LA Lewis to take charge of the team first thing All players will get a guard ring on their toes for the rest of the world cup qualifications ok
ОтветитьWhen he was on the field coaching the team the only thing he was thinking about was the Ireland team
ОтветитьHim do the right thing dis JFF them is Fcukery it all Politics
ОтветитьHe was no good. Carried 18 defensive players to a tournament.
ОтветитьLololol yea off is a joke.bailey must having a good laugh.
ОтветитьSome people just have higher standards...
ОтветитьCome on people in the comments, write so that others can understand what you are saying - both di English and di patois bad.
ОтветитьHe is a good coach but but because of jff he cant do is job wright now the jff need new people on board and we need people who love football and not just money are hels we will not reach anywhere we have a good team we can go far in the world cup who knows we can even win it too but the jff need to let the coach do there job and stop fighting each other and united as a team wright now we need to change the name of team too as jamaica united and start to move farward i love my country and this is what i would love to see united we stand
ОтветитьWe clearly could not compete with the pounds on offer! No diss dat, especially since there is no contract breach....which is where we should be concerned.about the naivety in contract development with puny exit clauses.
We need to stop begging & look within....we did it for track, and we have done it for netball. When are we going to trust ourselves?
When is football going to ensure fitness and skill development? We cannot even bring the ball to a stop on our feet!
Kmt am sure if you get a better offer from the next station you going.
ОтветитьHe was not bound to the contract. He resigned because he was not getting the results and Co operation he needed to lead the reggae Boyz to the world cup. Him resigning was the gentleman thing to do. Many big coaches all over the world resigns from certain clubs, just because they are not getting the desired results needed to win matches. But u see us in Jamaica, we don't know when to step down from certain positions in sports when we are leading poorly. It's all about the money. You have to FIRE them, just to leave their posts! So HALGRIMSON never diss Jamaica. He was leading horse to water ,but cudnt get horse to drink it. U can't blame coaches for teams not performing, u blame players : if I love football so much, don't I would play to win matches? I have so much more to say,but leave that for another time.
ОтветитьUno still wah diss bailey???
ОтветитьJff needs to be reconfigured they're not lover's of the sports they need to goo.. i totally agree it's not the coaches falt r the doyz its JFF over the years we change coaches we change players n still noo results it's obvious now JFF is THEE PROBLEM!! doth the doyz n girl having problems with JFF... I'm sorry to say but i don't see jamaica going to world cup under this JFF!!
ОтветитьEven canada improving very well. SHAME JFF.. chippy was rite jamaica cyah mek Madrid r man u call im..
ОтветитьThe man got tired of the JFF polytricks and left... can't blame the man
ОтветитьTypical jamaican Oral Tracey you contributing immensely to the downfall of the thing. You are so controversial in your comments. The coach should have left a long time ago
ОтветитьHe was best coach Jamaica had in years brought some proffesionalism to the set up and brought through players from England
ОтветитьThe grass is greener on the other side,,Too much Drama..
Ответить$$LAME BROKE ASSE PUNKE ASSE GANGEBANGERE FAKE ASSE EX-COACHE JUMPEINGE AROUNDE THERE PLAYERE HATEINGE FUXKEINGE LOSERE RUNNE THATE BAXKE FUXKEINGE LAMESTURE FEELE THATE ALLE GREATE
ОтветитьHim assess himself after the tournament and fire himself because the JFF don't see anything wrong with his failure at copa and being a professional he opted to do the right thing that the JFF should have done
Ответитьthat's what happens when you hire an European to run a Jamaican team he could not run a school team much less a nation
ОтветитьYard man fi coach yard man...🤔
ОтветитьWhy the hell would any decent coach want to coach a team with such disfunction. Mr Speid and the JFF are useless. JFF OUT!
Ответить
