I'm so happy to see you develop and improve your passion over all those years! I might not have been there ten years ago, but you were the first tarantula keeper I ever saw in early 2020. You single-handedly destroyed my arachnophobia in the span of only a few months and introduced me to a world of living beings that I never thought would bring me so much joy!
I never saw spiders or any invertebrates as lesser beings - I never killed them, I was just scared of their appearance. You showed me that these creatures not only existed and what they really looked like. You also showed me how fascinating and beautiful they are, the gorgeous patterns they carry and how much character they have.
I (and my husband, who was even more arachnophobic than me lol) have been (a) tarantula keeper(s) ever since, and with huge credit thanks to you. I have also been able to convince SO many of our friends and family that tarantulas and spiders in general really aren't as bad as everyone thinks. Keeping tarantulas has been such a joy and I could not be happier to have been made aware of this hobby.
Thank you, you legitimately changed my life somewhat, as dramatic as it sounds, lol. I wholeheartedly wish you all the best for the future.

just change the crested gecko and he huge tarantula in the huge enclosure and both will have a better life. no space wasted and 2 happy animals
