Hello! I recently found your channel, not many people are doing day in the lives for real estate. Definely a great way to build a community! I am 18 and currently taking classes to get my license soon. I am nervous about once I get my license, what my first steps should be. My idea right now is to find a mentor of some sort or become an assistant to learn the ropes. Do you have any thoughts or advice you could give me? Thanks!
