Day 2: My legs burn but no difference still
Day 3: Noticed a slight difference!
Day 4: I'm getting used to it so it doesn't hurt that much anymore
Day 5: Saw more difference
Day 6: My thighs burned
Day 7: Saw difference
Day 8: Nothing
Day 9: Doesn't hurt anymore but stil didn't see difference
the fact that my leg was literally shaking.... that means it's a good workout.
