Cargo sous terrain – Benefits for Society

Cargo Sous Terrain (CST) provides a complete underground logistics system with three components - tunnels, city logistics and an intelligent IT system. The first phase of the project includes ten hubs (access points) and will connect the Härkingen-Niederbipp area with Zurich from 2030. By 2050, a broader 500-kilometer-long network will be built between Geneva and St. Gallen with branches to Basel, Lucerne and Thun.
