If you love your niece, you're not going to publicly trash her father and that's what she was upset about. Understandably, I cannot stay on this trawl. He ruined the show him and his freaking wife. And yet they have enough to come on and blab about how they're being disrespected when they stole their parents house from under them. As soon as Gia said, “because people say things they shouldn’t say,” it was obvious by her tone and body language she was directing shade towards Joe. It was disrespectful, passive aggressive, and she comes across like a know it all.

While it’s ok to feel angry about her Uncle’s comments, his experiences/interactions with her Father are on a completely different level than her own. So his thoughts and feelings are going to be different than hers.

He has a right to his own opinions just as she does.

He asked Gia "who raised you"? Well she was raised seeing you and your sister verbally attacking eachother and you and her father physically attacking eachother. Yet she turned out okay. Some adults are such hypocrites.

She didn't laugh. HE, JOE, tried to make her feel inferior. Gia was way smarter than Joe and outsmarted him. He is he Italian uncle I never wanted and thank GOD.... Italians are NOT loyal. FIRST HAND Experience. My heart hurts for her.
