You mentioned eating healthy wheat in France and Italy. The reason is that the EU regulates at least in parts what goes into their food. AFAIK Republicans support further deregulation.

Leave the diagnosis out and just concentrate on the individual symptoms to address the underlying environmental causes. That way you are not trapped in the narrative of "There's no cure for autism, that's who your son is" and you just address and rebalance each aspect that contributes to the load resulting in improvements and even cure.

I'm autistic and I have to say that healthy keto and a healthier life-style helped me immensely cognitively BUT I regret to say you're wrong about a complete cure depending on how severe in the spectrum. Autism is behavioural and most of my autistic traits are still present even having everything dialled in. I can socialise more since I started keto one year ago, but still need more days alone with my plants and invisible friends, still repetitive thinking (not over thinking), still sensorial sensitivity, still over-explaining, etc etc etc
