UHS MDCAT Court Cases Update: Lahore & Islamabad High Court
"Here's the latest update on the ongoing UHS MDCAT 2024 court cases. All cases against the University of Health Sciences (UHS) in Lahore High Court have now been dismissed or disposed of, including requests for grace marks, claims of wrong answer keys, and alleged out-of-syllabus questions. In the Islamabad High Court, Justice Arbab, who previously ruled in favor of SZABMU students, dismissed the UHS case, stating it’s outside his jurisdiction. Now, lawyer Muhammad Ashraf may file a new petition in either the principal seat of Lahore High Court or the Multan Bench. For MDCAT aspirants, filing further cases may not be the best path forward. If students seek re-evaluation, they may consider advocating for a SZABMU-like reconduct for UHS.
Get insights, guidance, and advice on whether pursuing legal action is a viable solution or if there are better steps to follow as UHS MDCAT students. Don't miss this crucial update!"
