When it first came out I wasnt too keen on the idea of an expensive Epiphone, but then I realised that as long as you are not bothered by the Epiphone name on the headstock then you are getting a Gibson LP cheap just with the Epiphone name on it.

Your channel is quickly becoming one of my most favorites on YT lately. You sure know how to make a review, Sascha! And those beautiful crunch and edge of breakup tones definitely are up my alley! That's what I love most about the LP - Marshall type combination. Even the high gain sounds are very musical and old-school sounding 👏 The guitar definitely sounds very good, but not quite as good as the Heritage you did last time 😎 Btw how does it compare to the older '59 with BBs in your opinion?

Best tone demo to date! Sounds exactly like my Gibson LP Standard. You definitely get a lot for the money, but if you're willing to get a slightly used Gibson with a few minor imperfections, you can one from the Gibson UK Demo store for around £1600-£1700 when they do their 10-25% off sales

I don’t know if this new line of premium Epiphone will keep on going. I hope it does. I think you get a lot of guitar for $1299 especially the 1959 ES-355.

I had one of these it was a good guitar after i had it set up but it was just too heavy

I hope epiphone keeps the inspired Gibson Style Head Stock... Id definitely buy more epiphone les pauls of they did...

Sold my gibson les paul faded after getting the 2023 epi 59 LP. Never touched the gibson after getting the epi. Personal preference was the chunkier neck on the epi. Build quality was comparable. Both the gibson and epi needed frets crowned and polished when got them new. Dont miss the gibson.

This demo shows what I heard when I plugged one in as well. The Custombuckers sound incredible!. It's expensive but worth it.

Just wait. They won't even be making Gibson in USA in the future. Just super high end ones like custom shop. Grab a USA made Gibson while you can
