I just met this band and I love their music, haven't heard more than four, and I love them. Too emotional for my liking, but I love that, especially the lyrics of each song and instruments used on each.

This song is amazing. It reminds me of my mother, especially the line "I want to feel the fire that you've kept from me"

this was the song that introduced me to the crane wives and im happy about because its probably the most relateable for me. a song about being stuck in someones shadow that is something ive never seen in media before

there is something about this song that just makes me love it, both this version and the revised one. there's a certain magic that's hard to describe, and writing is a hobby of mine, so finding something that i cant put into words is a really odd experience for me. i think thats part of the reason i love this song so much, i literally do not have words to describe it.

I love the metaphors and messages you put into your music and the aesthetic/vibe of your music is so cozy yet heart-wrenching at the same time. I’m so glad my brother found you guys and introduced me to your music because in my opinion, this is art at its finest.

This demo feels more personal than the original, like its sung to console oneself while the official version is more of an accusation against whomever the singer is conflicting with.
