Cats are usually self cleaning. Unless you receive a faulty model, then yes you should wash them, so long as you start young, so that they do not blow a fuse and begin the self destruct count down.
Great home, think it’s actually my favorite you have show so far.

This is a great house. There are only 4 things that I would change. Add a coat closet at the front door. Close off the dining room & kitchen with a widening of wall off of the shelvings. Turn the office into a half bath. And finally cut the pantry in half so there is a broom closet. There are enough cupboards so the pantry doesn’t need to be so large. Just a few thoughts.

I watched a video of a couple who bought a modular home. They didn't open the cabinets when they viewed the model. Turns out the cabinets didn't have shelves so they had these ridiculously tall almost unusable cabinets.

I like this home it’s really pretty & nice size rooms. Love the Pre Built Decks that you can purchase too. Nice back Porch for Grilling. Do they have Pre Built Front Porches available for Purchase too? Loved this tour.

I bathe my cats from time to time they don't like it. They do a pretty good job of keeping themselves clèan mist of the time. At lèast they don't go roll in the dirt right away like dogs do!

How do I make sure you get a commission on sales? I've never even heard of this builder , but I just spent over an hour on their website and picked out two homes that I would be happy in for the rest of my days... You really should get the credit for the sale.

This builder gives you amazing closets, pantries that could be a bedroom, and a dog wash station? ❤

They don't offer a ton of options on finishes but it looks like you can get any finish in any home which a lot of builders don't allow and I like the fact that my home doesn't have to look like everyone else's.

You can get the professional looking fridge/freezers, a true Butler's pantry, and then you add the Firefly decks and outdoor kitchen? I'm going to have to do some research and make sure the quality is good but this might very well be my builder and I never would have heard of them without your videos.

Where I'm looking to move, the home I want/ need would be roughly $450 to $500,000, for a 40-year-old "stick built house- which I'm perfectly fine with, I love old homes- but something about being the first one in your shower is kind of cool too. 😅

I would really like some property, and I've been looking at five or so acres that already has a home on it because I had no idea how much I could get in a modular or prefab for my money. I've been watching you for quite a while now but I just never found anything that I really thought would work for me and this builder checks just about every box and then some! I have some requirements that others might find kind of silly, but they're important to me, like some kind of entryway - I don't want a ton of wasted space but I don't like feeling like I have just fallen into the living room either. Give us 10 square feet to take off our coat and exhale before we enter into the craziness of a house full of kids. I also want somewhere to put a stand-up freezer and most of their laundry rooms and even a few of their pantries allow that.

Apparently I could go on and on and on and I haven't even walked through one of these in real life yet, The videos and they're walkthroughs are that good.

* Before everyone says they don't need a dog wash station, they're good for a ton of other things. Do you have a litter box you need to rinse out? Dirty shoes or boots you need to rinse off? Mop buckets to fill and empty? Even if I didn't have a dog you can bet I would keep the dog wash option LOL.

I love the Ravenwood but it's out of my budget. Does the low 200'son this Driftwood model include the Firefly deck or would that be an added option?

Perfect house for my Idaho Redneck husband and me, a Redneck in training. as well as my Redneck 90 year old Dad! We could combine the two bedrooms into one big space for a Redneck Daddy's suite.
That porch has enough room for a smaa Traeger ot the end of one counter, and the big granddaddy Traeger at the other end of the patio. What fun get togethers we would have !! ❤😂🎉😊❤
