Not everyone has the luxury to dedicate 20 minutes every morning to reflection or mindfulness. Are we unintentionally making people feel like they’re failing if they can’t commit to these practices? Maybe we should focus more on how to incorporate mindfulness into busy lives in smaller, more flexible ways rather than presenting it as a rigid routine.
