It’s the worst documentary I’ve ever watched

Haven't watched the video, but it's a really complex topic. Don't enjoy being hacked etc.
But there's a certain unavoidable utility of leaking government information that's of use to display the corruption and lengths to which power is maintained to the common man.
There's no doubt in my head that they do have their place in society.

i have just started on my journey to become an ethical hacker. All the different ways to break into a system are fascinating.

The word "Hacker" is a misnomer that has taken on it's own life.
A hacker is someone who takes one thing and makes it do something it's not designed to do.
A cracker is someone who breaks something, or makes something do a nefarious job or utility.

The original hackers are people like Steve Wozniak, John Draper, and the many computer lab hackers of the 70's and 80's.

Very interesting, but the pace at which the subtitles go by makes it kinda unwatchable for a person who doesn't speak french, like myself. I assume that this wasn't by choice, as they seem to speak fairly fast, but it's the truth.
