Given what happened to Vince, is it conceivable the feds might take interest in this given Tony/someone high up in AEW is essentially using the company money and legal department to silence someone?

They sign an NDA because they did not want the dollar amount out, and therefore set a precedent (+inflation) for future cases, esp where they were at fault. Even if they were clear, another employee could just as easily ask why they are not being treated fairly, or why the company is just giving to charity half or even a full year's salary. Imagine that next time you negotiate your wages, someone has just paid their ex with an NDA a 10 million settlement. I suspect even John Cena might be asking why he had to work so hard for his salary.

I think it’s interesting how this new story came out a week or so ago and haven’t heard about it from any of the other wrestling channels. Somebody please correct me a I’m wrong but I don’t recall any BJ Whitmore abuse. Charge story on wrestle talk or Cultaholic or what culture or any of them.

The reason why Tony keeps throwing these non-disclosures out like nothing is because he is so desperate for no one to say a single bad word about his precious AEW because he cannot take anyone saying anything except for how the company is great, and he is amazing. Look at how he acts whenever, there’s a lot of criticism on Twitter or when he goes head to head with WWE on something and he loses? He freaks out and has a ginormous temper tantrum. He cannot take actual criticism at all and he cannot handle their being anything less, but blowing comments about AEW so he would rather shut people up then Try to make things better.
