I’m more of a hockey guy but travel ball makes no sense I play and we were based about an hour away from the fields we played at

this happened the other day

For a high school semi final game we had to drive 3 hours away to play a high school that was 5 min away from us. The umpire refused to call the game it rained 4 inches and we beat them 24-3 we played 3 inning before the other team quit.

we had to drive 14 HOURS AWAY to play the neighboring school.

I live in Dallas and Dallas to Arlington is 45mins

Once went to an out of state soccer tournament and we played Sporting Iowa, a club from Johnston. I’m from Johnston and I play for Iowa Untied, a club from Urbandale that borders part of Johnston. Why?
