ОтветитьIm finding it difficult to find each day, it'll SAY 28 day challenge, play all but it's not in chronological order FOR the 28 day challenge. I. Spending precious workout time looking for specific day. Could you switch up the title to maybe which days the video is at the beginning? Or maybe make a Playlist that's ONLY for the 28 day WALL pilates challenge. Thanks!

ОтветитьJust discovered wall Pilates. Rachel has a great way of explaining proper form. I have a meniscus tear. The thigh exercises provide relief that conventional glute lifts can’t accomplish. I also have a shoulder impingement. I get relief and better posture support when my shoulder blades are pressed against the floor. I look forward to day five.

I loooooove stretch days!!!
This is day four log. I have been doing this for 4 days and i already see improvement. I looked into the mirror yesterday and said whoa who are you and like damn aswell. Because I looked amazing.
ОтветитьTy here for day 4 I used to be such a yoga head when I was younger and in my 30s so its great to be doing these nice stretches. Ty. I love when you are able to move in a position your flexibility changes therefore you hold the pose different its like a release I love it and miss it. Ty kindly.
