airBnB is one of the worst place you book your monthly stay. Yes it's convenient, but you can get bait & switch, and the price, you are likely paying more than double if not triple of what you can get if you walk around once you get there ask around for monthly rental directly from landlord

Man, I’m gonna save $20k and just disappear to Chiang Mai for a year and focus on enjoying my fitness and training. Just ceebs dealing with corporate australia atm. Hoping $20k will be enough to live a frugal life of just training, eating and learning a bit of Thai (Ed visa)
