ОтветитьWow, that was intense! I've never been able to just sit up from supine, my legs float up. I think it's male physiology, more weight up in the torso.

ОтветитьAfter a 7 month hiatus from yoga with Adriene, due to a knee injury and big surgery 6 months ago, I decided it was time to add yoga back into my life. I started with this as my core has turned to marshmallow during recovery. Focus has been 100% knee physical therapy. While I still have a ways to go to regain full range of motion and strength, I can do this core workout with some modification for my left knee. It feels good just to hear Adriene's voice and theme music. I'm back on the mat!

ОтветитьI know why I practice 13 minutes core yoga instead of 30 minutes :D Five minutes on and I’m already sweaty. However this is my third time following this video and I finished all excercises without a break. I’m so proud of myself.
ОтветитьThis was really nice. Thanks. It would be nice to know to breath on lifting up with the grabbing knee/foot exercise before the end. Also just to give an idea when multiple reps of how long one will be doing that from the getgo as well.

ОтветитьI have a lot of health issues, including my nerves, especially in my abdomen, this dint harm me like I thought it would. It made me gassy, but could be worse.

Hip 37-36
You may not be seeing results like those HIIT ones in 1 week but trust me you will enjoy the session after a week so that you need not force yourself to do it.
