I know I'm late to the party. However, just purchased pixel 8. I respect your opinions and, wanted to know if you think the battery life is good. I owned a pixel 6 and sent it right back . Battery was horrible. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

I am an adent follower of your work and appreciate the work you do. I have been following your reviews of several devices and one got my attention in particular, Pixel 8 Pro.

Well, I got the device and couldn't contain my disappointment with the software. Having used redmi note 10 Pro for a while, I thought upgrading to pixel would be a dream come through but to my utter disappointment, it appears less mid.

Firstly, the hardware and sleek design are all great but in the phone, the software feels like switching from Gbwhatsapp to original WhatsApp. I thought android being a baby of Google would be packed with extensive exclusive apps like Samsung and other brands that would distinguish it from the other brands and even make users get glued to it. But No, it was as though I bought a low budget phone with a great camera.

I do not blame you for the great review you gave the phone but to plead with you to use your medium to let Google know that it's absurd to design a flagship that can't hide apps, have dual app capabilities etc that are basic with other brands.

I feel so bad getting this device that I have to keep it by the side and continue to use my redmi.

I have written Google on this dissatisfaction but didn't get any reply. I am not asking for refund. I just want them to do better. Spending a thousand pounds on a pixel to get a basic android OS experience is not worth it.

Let's help people alter and create fake everything. SMH ...Nothing is real these days. This generation of kids will have no problem lying.... They are literally growing up in an era where everything is doctored or faked and it's accepted as okay... Just look at social media with all the fake videos and staged scenes that people want to present as credible. Fake world we live in.

holy shit, I just ordered the 8Pro, upgrading from the 6 Pro. The thermometer is suuuper handy for people like me who keep reptiles, I loose my thermometer to check the enclosure all the time so this is a great feature

I actually decided not to get the Pixel 8 because they locked the pro features. Not everyone wants a big phone.

i was gonna try to settle for a cheap 7, but you got me sold on that 8 pro.

I am buying it only for the 7 year support. (I love my Samsung s8 but the lack of updates is starting to give me problems unfortunately..)

Yeah they are half decent but would touch one my girl has one and if it updates you can't connect to the car or our speakers at home not a one time thing either it's every single time or it kinda connects and plays when it wants do your self a favor and pass on these till they fix the problems they continue to have over 3 gens of products

One week into my Pixel 8 Pro and I'm happy with it. I don't buy Pixel phones for the latest hardware. It's all about the software and cool tricks! I can't live without call screening at this point and how it seems like the phone knows what I want to do automatically. I've considered a Samsung but I can't deal with their bloatware. Why in God's name do they shove Bixby down our throats? Too bad because I'd like to see how Dex works on my M7 monitor.

Watching this on a pixel 8 pro, and this is coming from someone who has always had shit phones, the colors are so bright! Everything pops!

Been with apple since 2014. Bought the pixel 8 pro this week and it's been a stranger transition than I expected but now I'm adjusting to it I'm loving my pixel.

I have the 4a since launch and i love the thing. Only upgrading because the camera sensor doesnt work. It will not focus at all. Battery life took a hit but its nothing unbearable to me. Still charges normally for me.

I wanted to wait until the 8 and when I heard the people who i know who has the 7 and 7 pro weren't all that thrilled about it, i got nervous. Glad that i waited until the 8 came out because it seems to be a solid phone to upgrade to. Ordered ans waiting 👍

I just got my s23 ultra, and i love it so much. Had a pixle 7 pro, but batter life is what held it back.

This phone is garbage.. the WhatsApp is not well optimized and when used on charge it fails to add more battery.. google is a joke

The battery don't last seven years, so it's a safe bet for goodle, finally a promise they don't have to live up to.

I'm upgrading from my Pixel 2 XL today. I've had it for 6 years and it's finally showing signs of slowing down. Getting 7 years out of the Pixel 8 Pro is gonna be wonderful 👍
