My name is Ian Krause. I am a Realtor @johnlscott
I was born in Bellingham and plan to always call Bellingham my home.
I went to WCC and graduated from WWU with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in TESOL.
I spent my twenties working construction, commercial fishing in Alaska, and busting my ass to pay for school and own my own home. I am a journeyman union carpenter, and proud of it.

I'm now 32. I'm married to my beautiful wife Sara, who is a Bellingham Public School teacher. We have an adorable 2 year old son, Rowan.

My Real Estate Investments have helped give me a better quality of life, and I want to help others do the same.

The energy I was putting into building, school and buying property for myself, I am now putting that energy into being a Realtor, so I can help others, and help my community.

Every day I am learning, and this Youtube channel is just another way I am working each day to be a better person, Realtor and member of our community.
