I’m earning a Master’s degree in Web and Multimedia design in the next two weeks and I’m TERRIFIED of the tech job market right now. So many tech companies are sticking to hiring freezes and it’s sooooo discouraging. I also work a full-time job at the same time, so I can’t do a 40 hr internship to build entry level experience. I’m just focused on polishing my portfolio on my own time.

Could you teach, how create a good portfolio in figma ? Please

I love ux and want to choose it as my major, but I am terrified if there will even be job opportunities for fresh grads with everything happening (AI included)...😢😢😢

Sometimes it is hard to get a real client and work in real project, that's why you go to boot camps that offer this , otherwise thank you so much about everything

I’m currently working through a Google-made UX course, which entails making two portfolio projects (not live) and learning pretty much the entire UX process.

The thing I’m struggling to do right now is find work experience. Would you happen to have any tips on how to get this? I really wouldn’t mind working for free if it meant getting experience!
