Emulators… on a Nintendo 64?? What type of sorcery is that lmao
ОтветитьN64 was one of my favorite consoles. Have tons of original games. Also have one of the new cartridges with “all” of the games. Like it. Also came with hundreds of NES games. Emulation is a good thing.
ОтветитьSuper gameboy did it first I think but that’s probably not emulation
ОтветитьThe GBA was the First form me.
ОтветитьMy first emulator... I think there was the GB Tower in Pokémon Stadium on N64! It had a Game Boy emulator.
ОтветитьDiscovered emulators when I was like 15-16. I was blown away. Now every game I had missed out on I could play on the crappy pentium III we had. PS1, SNES, etc. 😌
ОтветитьCan you emulate DS on n64?
ОтветитьThis would have impressed me 28 years ago.
ОтветитьThe nes on the PSX
ОтветитьI think the first thing i used emulators on was the PC, after that it was the PSP, running SNES, PS1, GB and GBA games.
ОтветитьDisregarding the pc, I ran a nes emulator on the original PlayStation 1 - worked really well at full speed iirc.
ОтветитьAwesome I m completely fan of that 😅
ОтветитьCommenting specifically about Scummvm N64 saving and loading. Maybe someone that has more info can contribute. We all have ED64's these days and that seems to be an issue for saving via Flash ram (unless there is a certain firmware, OS or procedure I am unaware of). The only other way to save/load games is the Mempak that plugs into the controllers. In theory these work, but I guess there is a size limit of 32kb? I can tell that plugging one of these units into your controller saves... but when loading, the save no longer exists. Now that it is 2025, does anyone know of any work around to save/load correctly?
Ответитьno Sega CD emulator?
ОтветитьI think the only console I emulated on was Dreamcast using the Bleem disks. I was going to try on GBA but the everdrive I got didn't work and then got lost in the mail trying to send it back to where I bought it.
Ответитьnow try emulating n64 games on an n64
ОтветитьThe original xbox was the first time i experienced emulation. Played super bomberman 5, yoshis island and a bunch of genesis games, i was 6 at the time, so i thought they were all just ports 😂
ОтветитьYou can run N64 games on PSP????
ОтветитьFaltaría un emulador de Sega Mega Drive para N64. Me encantaría ver Sonic 3 and Knuckles corriend en una Nintendo 64. Seria loquisimo. Si la Nintendo DS original, que era inferior en potencia a N64, podia emular Mega Drive, entonces la N64 debería correr aun mejor.
ОтветитьWhy on earth is there a sinclaire zx spectrum emulator within goldeneye 007 for the n64???
ОтветитьI would love you to cover the Summercart64 if possible. Is a recent open source flashcart that has the capability of run 64DD software without converting it to .z64 format, and is cheaper than the latest Everdrive64 models, and includes the latests bells and whistles the ED64 already includes like RTC, cheats, USB C port for homebrew developing, and such, and it's currently being developed to include more features.
ОтветитьNeon64 actually is the first emulator I ever ran on a console, via my Z64, right around when it was first released. It was not impressive, I probably only loaded it up a few times total.
ОтветитьI just mind my business in a wraith
ОтветитьI want to know the name of pc engine/turbo grafx 16 emulator
Ответить...but can it run Crysis?
ОтветитьPlease do one about emulators on the switch lite. Specifically arcade
Ответитьthe expansion pack isnt 4mb its 8mb
ОтветитьWell, the PC-engine also had a famicom emulator and the Amiga 500 could emulate c-64 and XT-pc
ОтветитьThe PC is where I first started emulating on. But the first console I started emulating on was the PSP
ОтветитьI used to have a PS1 disc that ran a NES emulator called Mario 360 (because it had 360 games). I remember that all games had their names mistyped, so they would nearly always be the game right above (so if you chose Mario 2, it would run Mario 1, Mario 3 would be 2 and etc).
That's how I got to play many early NES games for the first time. Good times.
Idk why NES/SNES games never got ported during the N64 era
ОтветитьIf you have an HDMI mod with your everdrive, prepare to be in a state of awesome.
ОтветитьDamn those games look so good on your CRT. I forgot how beautiful those old games actually looked on non-modern screens.
It reminded me of how when we first ever got an HD tv - I was disgusted, then put my consoles back on the old CRT 😂
Is there no Genesis option?
ОтветитьThe Dreamcast was my first
ОтветитьFor me the one was most definitely the Wii. I didn't use it a lot for emulation but I did beat Mario 64 with a wiimote and nunchuck setup. I also played Kirby's dreamland and Super Mario Bros 3 for the first time on virtual console, I think that counts. And let's not forget about those sweet 5 minutes of Kid Icarus and other classics on Brawl. (I didn't own a classic or gamecube controller sadly)
ОтветитьIs GBA emulation possible for the N64?
ОтветитьMy first ever emulation experience on a console was back in 2002 when i was playing on my uncle's ps1 and he had put this disc that had lots and lots of NES games on it and i was amazed that i could play Super Mario Bros on some other device than our Micro Genius (Taiwanese famiclone).
ОтветитьWii love homebrew!
ОтветитьPocketNES for the GBA, and having an NES GBA SP
ОтветитьI think Chrono trigger was 1 st emulated game for me on PSP, it played great
ОтветитьI don't know what I would give for a solid Street Fighter 2 and similar working on N64
ОтветитьIs expension pack needed for good performance in SNES games?
ОтветитьFirst time I played an emulator on a console it was imbNES on the PS1.
Ответитьthe n64 was super cool
ОтветитьThe fact that the N64 is capable of emulating its predecessor is very impressive for 90s console.
ОтветитьR4 Revolution for DS (DS cartridge with micro sd)
