Court TV is a disgrace! They were so pro prosecution (especially Julie Grant) and their coverage of the trial was terrible. This ABC Nightline interview is equally bad. So many opportunities to question them on facts from the case, but he didn't. Probably a condition the Alberts and McCabes insisted on before agreeing to the interview. Nightline went for the ratings, not the truth.

The O'keefe's are civil suing Karen for millions. So much hatred in that family. John slipped and fell, that was proven. The origin was his alcoholism. It was not bites on the arm, it was cuts from the fall. He hit his head after he fell, the ground was hard as an ice-rink. He was drunk!!!!!!! Fell, moved around then lost his balance on the ground and cracked his head. End of story. If I received notice that a body had been found on my front lawn, I’d be outside before the police even arrived, and that’s if it was just a random stranger. You’ve been informed that the body of your good friend has been found outside of your home, just a few hours after you were hanging out with him, and you don’t IMMEDIATELY throw on a robe and go outside? Your friend who’s a police officer? And you yourself are also a police officer? You didn’t go out to see if anything could be done as a first responder? You hear story after story where EMS arrives on a scene and a loved one is hysterically screaming and begging them to help and get to the hospital, even though it’s obvious that the person is clearly already dead. The mind refuses to acknowledge what the eyes are looking at. Yet, he stayed in his house seemingly unconcerned. He really expects people to believe that he didn’t hear any of the commotion, sirens and screaming, or notice any of the bright lights directly underneath his bedroom window?
