I would like to add, if you're trying to set up windows on your desktop to a ssd and you still have hdd hardward plugged in, unplug the sata cable going to it/them. Not only did the hdd's prevent me from installing windows, it also slowed down my PC tremendously every time I tried to do anything in command prompt or windows install. Thank me later.
