For these elite guys it's hard to know if it's truly muscle memory when it's drug built
ОтветитьOnce a muscle cell gains additional nuclei to drive the eventual making of protein, they’re PERMANENTLY there. This is why even an Olympic athlete who once tested positive for AAS technically even a yr later still has an advantage, same as with trans-women in sports 😮
ОтветитьBULLSHHHHHHHH
ОтветитьThe Mitochondria is the secret and yes, scientist have found that “muscle memory” is valid.
ОтветитьI have experienced this. I had been bodybuilding since I was 14 and weight 235 lbs and pretty lean. I went down to 215 and a high bf% due to getting very sick for a few months and not being able to work out for a while longer. I gained it all back in 16 weeks. I couldnt believe how fast I grew.
ОтветитьIt is incredible how little is known and how little good advice there is on sports and fitness, seeing as so many public want to know, and people actually study it in university
Ответитьyou will look your age
Ответитьits not in the dna, but it is a thing.
ОтветитьMuscle memory is not something that is encoding in DNA. Muscle memory does exist, but that’s not what he’s talking about. He’s speaking of something totally different. Muscle memory is a term he does not understand.
ОтветитьMuscle fibers are made up of muscle cells, and each muscle cell contains multiple nuclei. These nuclei control muscle growth and repair. When you stop training, your muscles can shrink and lose some size, but the additional nuclei remain in the muscle fibers. Even after a long period of inactivity, the presence of these extra nuclei means that when you return to training, your muscles can "re-grow" faster because the infrastructure for muscle growth is still in place. Essentially, the muscle "remembers" how to grow because the nuclei are still there, ready to initiate the process.
If somebody says: "He lost gains". He just talks bullshit.
Very true!!
ОтветитьThe definition of muscle memory is STEROIDS, give me a fkn break
ОтветитьWhen building muscle your body makes something called Nuclei and even if you lose all your muscle mass the Nuclei remain intact so your body dosent have to make them again
Ответить100% correct. I have stopped training when I was 37y old due to back injury... Im 46 now training for 14 months and I have never looked bigger and ripped... diet of course and lots of training in my age but freaking works!
ОтветитьYou probably get it back in around half the time so 5 years instead of 10.
ОтветитьThe ‘science-based’ influencers don’t believe muscle memory exists. I disagree out of personal experience.
ОтветитьNot true.
ОтветитьSteroids 👍
ОтветитьNot that people care what I think but I can also attest to that. I started at 160lbs. It took me 20+ years, sometimes with very slow gains, to get to 240. I spent years at 240. I stopped training when my son was born and dropped down to the worst 180 you never saw. I stayed there for 4 years.
I got back in the gym and I immediately jumped back up to within a pound of where I left off years ago.
Sally field got down to 350
ОтветитьI've experienced it in my younger day. Went from 200 lb bodybuilder to 162 lb marathon runner and back again. Then you reach a certain age and it's almost impossible to get it back....like mid 50's.
ОтветитьHow can I stop playing drums for years and come back better each time? Muscle memory. I don't think about playing the drums it just happens. Dorian is missing the nervous system and brain receptors involved as well. When you've built the neural pathways , and turn that back on, the entire body remembers that it it needs to be big or it needs to be skillful.
ОтветитьNot without all the steroids you took.
Natural lifters keep their gains
A ese nivel lo que tienen es trazas de sangre en el torrente anabólico.
ОтветитьHard to gain easy to loose🤷♂️
ОтветитьYou just have to look at the Colorado experiment and jay Vincent’s clients to know muscle memory is real 😂
ОтветитьMike Menza did this to an ex body builder and he gained 40lbs muscle in 4-5 months working out 3 days a week ..
ОтветитьWith steroids, anything is possible
ОтветитьMuscle memory and gear
ОтветитьBut he also says - once you’re off cycle you lose all the cycle mass,,,
ОтветитьOnce a bodybuilder, always a bodybuilder.
Ответить10 years no
ОтветитьThe Dna is a holographic quantum biocomputer so off course it stores ur previous experiences making it easier to do it again
ОтветитьI can already see how marketers can and probably already have exploited this in sports gear and nutrition products in a before-and-after segment.
ОтветитьYeahhh Sure...STEROIDS MEMORY
ОтветитьNot without the steroids you won’t buddy 😂
ОтветитьI have fat memory.
I can lose 35 pounds...but give me three weeks and access to Chipotle and I can put it back on, no problem.
This is more true for naturals. You never really lose that strength. Comes back quickly.
ОтветитьI think muscle cells are the same as fat cells. Once you produce them you never lose them, they just lie around waiting for fat or amino acids.
ОтветитьDoes this hold true for naturals ? Im sure gear enabled them to do this quickly
ОтветитьFitness people on social media rarely talks about Hollywood stars like Chris Hemsworth or Christian Bale especially Bale because well, just look how skinny he is in The Machinist and The Fighter and look at his physique in the Batman trilogy
ОтветитьYeah, well i had a 25yr break and tried to put it all back on. Most is cause you dont have to relearn, but refresh, and you are generally wiser. But the original slow pace gives your body time to adapt. If he attempted to put all his mass back on in a year, he will tear himself to pieces
ОтветитьLol been there done that lmao god bless your hearts 😂
ОтветитьGear. Thats how.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьWow. Joe Logan has heard of muscle memory!
ОтветитьLet’s see you get it back Dorian let’s see what you got
ОтветитьThis is true. I use to jerk off 9 times a day. I Stopped jerking my love muscle while I was in a long term relationship. As soon as we broke up I was back to jerking off 9 times a day..
ОтветитьI don’t think it’s just muscle memory I think it’s also the fact of years of learning and training you now know what to do to gain the muscle and not just fucking around in the gym like you do in the beginning
Ответить
