I don't know why they don't embrace free weights, I'm just saying if you trained only free weights as a beginner and then switch to machines you would be okay,if you do the opposite,you would be cooked,so I think they should embrace that 🤷🏼‍♂️

Just do regular lateral with 3-4 level drop set until ur shoulder feel burn is more legit.

I usually do unilateral leaning dumbbell raises to get a similar effect. Unfortunately my gym isn't huge and only has one all purpose cable machine that I would be able to do this on.

Ложь. Дельта нагружена даже тогда, когда ты вес держишь внизу. Для примера возьмите 2 тяжёлые гантели и держите их вдоль тела и почувствуете ,как грузятся дельты.
