The highest I ever paid for a carnote 350 dollars per month
ОтветитьI own a 1998 4x4 Tacoma v6 340,000 miles & 2009 bmw 328i 280,000 miles with $95 a month for insurance total
Bought cash no payments total price under 10 k for both and put 100k miles on Tacoma and 40k miles on bmw so yeah u don’t need a new car guys just need to know how to work on ur car and maintain em. I want a 2015 bmw m4 for $40k but price per month is $750 car payment and $250 a month car insurance so yeah I won’t be getting that car until I can buy it cash 💰
My brother in law sold cars. He said number one question “what are my payments”.
ОтветитьPeople are stupid.
ОтветитьPeople want to drive around with a foolish ego
ОтветитьPeople are dumb. If the vehicle you want is $50k then you better put $25k down if you want low payments. Always put down half, if you can’t, then you can’t afford it! It’s that simple.
ОтветитьFix the old car and keep it. Newer cars with direct injection & turbos, will be hard to keep once its out of warranty if your changing your oil at 10-15k miles. Do it every 3-5k
Ответить1k a month use to be a Gallardo car payment. Now it’s a pickup truck payment
ОтветитьThe problem isn’t the car payments necessarily, it’s the fact that I would bet money that they don’t make enough to justify their payment.
Car salesman make an average of 45k. That’s supposed to be like a $300 payment, not $1000.
So all these people we see driving these hellcats, TRX, etc, are more than likely just flexing and don’t have the means to justify it.
I’d love to see where they live.
Ford, GMC, Dodge & Ram exist because of stupid people that buy trucks they can't afford.
If I'm spending 80,000 on a car, the badge better say Porsche, Genesis or Lexus.
2 payments vs 1 payment per month IIRC, you end up paying more over the course of a year so you end up paying the loan off faster and hence less in interest.
ОтветитьI bought a new car recently. It's really nice (for me), it's a base model. 4 year loan @ 0.99% APR. I feel pretty ok with it.
ОтветитьA $20,000 car should have a $20,000 car payment.
ОтветитьYou don't mention if they're leases or financing.
ОтветитьNo car payments here! 1 2003 truck & 1 2007 SUV. Vehicles is a liability and no returns....slaving yourself for a car is idiotic.
ОтветитьWe can collectively complain about this thing or offer alternatives and solutions. Right now there are cars available from ‘19-‘24, under 60k miles and under $20k. Adjust your year and price for suvs and luxury and you can probably find something under $35k.
ОтветитьMost of us are guilty of this at least once in our lifetime, I had an $800 car payment back in 1994 on a new corvette, ouch. Today all of my vehicles are paid for. Time and experience will usually help change your buying habits.
Ответить27 minute video of insane car payments and shows about 2 minutes of insane car payments 🤦♂️
ОтветитьI drive a 2015 Toyota Venza AWD
My payment is 0$.
That's crazy! When I bought my wife's car it was right below $15k online on their site. I showed up, first written quote was somehow close to $25k. I wish they let me take the paper or at least take a pic. After two weeks of negotiation I got it for $17k OTD by agreeing to get the two service plans. I waited 20 days after signing and returned the service plans which put us at $14k OTD. They gave me anazing price because we agreed to 20% APR with $1k down payment. However, we paid it off less than 60 days later. Loved fuck**g them over at almost every turn.
I make $100k average, my wife $70k eveage. She drives that $14k Prius C, six years old and 40mpg. I drive a Cadillac SUV, five years old, which I got for $65k less than the first owner paid (based on window sticker which Im sure is higher). Got it financed with a high APR and with the service plan. Did the same right after, cancelled and paid off the finance. Got the car for $18k OTD more or less.
Don't finance, unless it is to get a discount (front end vs back end) and/or to build credit. And even if to build credit, dont do it for long. Just save up, please.
Man i had a 22 versa that cost me $420. Was the lowest priced car on the market for brand new.. and was still $420. Definitely best to go used or have a fat down payment in this economy. Currently am leasing an Ariya for 200/month bc they had crazy good incentives.
ОтветитьNothing beats driving a paid for "pos". Something freeing about not worrying about payments or being side swiped.
ОтветитьThat $3200 a month was some clown that walked in and had to have a hellcat so he did $3200 a month for 72 months
Ответить1784, 1958 them are home mortgages
ОтветитьI hate the huge dashboard screen from left to right. I like to look at actual gauges instead of screens! Don't we see enough screens already?
ОтветитьWhat are the credit scores of these people and did they put anything down?
ОтветитьI think insurers should be surcharging people with higher end vehicles. Because it’s us folks driving the old hoopties that pay for the added risk of everyone driving around in 80k cars.
ОтветитьIts sad when people pays $50k plus for a Ford and Jeep.
ОтветитьHow many people got car payments and dont have a car?
ОтветитьThe girl with a TRX for 753 gave the salesperson some good throat / sucked on their clam for that. In reality she probably is on 120 month with 25k down.
ОтветитьI have a high truck payment and I chose to finance because I average a higher yield in the markets than my interest rate. Additionally, my house is paid off and I am able to invest more than most people make. So you don't know every story to judge all with $1000+ payments. It's a want, yes, done responsibly, why not? Tomorrow isn't guaranteed. I chose to balance and enjoy life.
ОтветитьMy salary is about 100k, im 31yo and bought my first new car 36k OTD. Financed 2.9%, monthly $400 + $150 car insurance. All under 10% of my take home pay (after tax, 401k contribution, and insurances) Planning to buy a property soon, so i wanted to keep cash on hand instead.
Driven my parent's used 10yo+ cars when they upgraded. I feel guilty about splurging on a new car, but the feeling of getting something new thats entirely yours has been great.
As someone who has been saving 90% of their income for 5+ years, its nice to be a little irresponsible for something fun.
I couldn't imagine having just a car payment of 1k. I wish I was that rich 😅
A mazda C-3 for 700 a month lmao!
But yet the next girl drives a ram trx a $100,000 vehicle and pays $753 lol
I just sold both of my cars. $800 a month + $130 for insurance.
I could afford it, but now I’m buying an old beater cash and using that cashflow on ither vices like women, funny nose powder, and anime booba gacha games.
It feels so freeing to get out of this rat race trap.
monthly payment is kinda irrelevant. I pay like $790 a month on a 23 civic cause i did a 36 month loan and did a 2.9% interest rate on a dealer special....at a time where my cash was making me 5% in a CD.
ОтветитьYou see these people working at car dealerships with 1,2 ever 3000 payments, if new car sales are cooling, where are they getting the $$$ from
ОтветитьOne way my 01 Camry LE continues to save me money: Has 220,000 miles, worth about $3,000, and it could use new shocks and struts which would cost $1,200 to replace. I keep putting it off thinking that the minute I spend the money on that, something else will go bad. I'll keep the money in my pocket and slow down a bit in the corners. Haven't had a car payment in over 18 years and have the cash to buy anything I want. What happens is that about the time I think I want a specific vehicle, something better comes along and makes me re-consider. One thing to mention is that when people are strapped with a large payment, they don't have any money left for proper maintenance.
ОтветитьSocial media and status desperation are to blame, and of course arrogance
ОтветитьNah I'm good,
Imma drive my nissan till that cvt shits on itself!
Pick the shit up, clean it ans then re do all over!
Rathwr buy a new Transmisión than get a mortgage on a new car fuck that
I drive an 04 titan I bought 10 years ago for 6k cash and have no intentions on getting a car payment. I'll drive this truck til the wheels fall off
Ответитьwhy do all those people look like slime balls?
ОтветитьAyeee just bought a 2010 Honda Fit last year, and I roll around with my two toddlers in it. Perfect size for us if you're not a hoarder.
ОтветитьWas considering buying a used suv when I was moving house last month. Turns out I don't need it. Just did more trips in my paid off mazda 2 (bought it from a used car dealership and already put 50000k's on it in 1 year. Couldn't even justify getting another one since my wife and I are working from home more.
ОтветитьAnd I felt bad with my $300 car payment that I’m still paying for (got totaled) :(.
ОтветитьThat's because you put very little down and your credit is shit. I put 35k down on a 45k truck and my monthly payment is only $105 I of course pay more. Reason is keep credit building. The only reason your payments are high is because your income and credit.
ОтветитьIm one of these frugal people that dont so stupid shit like this. And before i used think "well i dont do this so i dont care" but in reality it really affects me because these idiots thst keep buying new and expensive stuff over their budged are rrally measing up the market for everyone in the long term. So yeah it doesnt matter if youre smart enough to not make these dumb financial decisions. Youre still going to be affected to some extent
ОтветитьWhat I hate is people driving 4x4s and never taking their baby on the beach or through the mud forest like what's the reason😂
Ответить
