Secretary Afzal Ali sb, who passed away in August 2024 shared how long he travelled for getting education. Also spoke about many historic events he witnessed. He said the then rulers of Chitral didnt want their subject go to school and get education. Secretary sb belonged to Booni, Upper Chitral.
