I live in Canada and the only "weird" thing in my local Wal-Mart is some crackheads but you can find them anywhere in BC, they are actually more rare in Wal-Mart compared to other places.

The guy with 2 dozen gallon bottles of milk is something i CAN understand IF the milk is particularily cheap at that moment to be honest.
I've seen restaurant and food truck owners buy in such quantities at regular shops when prices turned out to be cheaper than anywhere else.
Even here in Germany at non-Walmarts like ALDI or Lidl.
(We don't have Walmart here... they couldn't make it in our market, lost ~1BillionUS$ turned tail and left. Apparently we're "too socialist" for them to work their criminal scheming)

Aussie here! While we don't have Walmart, we do have Costco, Target, several fast food chains from the states, and I believe one Starbucks left in Melbourne (someone please correct me if I'm wrong on that last one)
