From Duckling to Adult in 52 DAYS! (Rare Cayuga Ducks!)

Great Video! I recently hatched 4 of them. They are 33 days old today. Still trying to figure who is male and who is female. question is how to you control the flies?

Hi Chris. So I have these two Cayuga ducks, ones a lot bigger than the other but the bigger one is quacking despite i believed he was a male. But his chirping is a bit deeper in tone than the littler duck but it’s still rather fair. They’re coming to be 7 weeks old on Wednesday, and I was wondering since you raised a whole flock of Cayuga ducks, are their voices naturally quite soft irregular of gender? I know every duck is a little bit different so I want to make sure I’m interpreting everything right as I have only 4 ducks and am worried 2 are turning out to be males

It would be amazing if you made them sth in which they could swim in :))

I think I'm going to order some cayuga eggs next year. They will be a beautiful edition to my duck collection.

Why did you clip their wings? My Cayuga ducks can't fly. They flap their wings but they never get off the ground.

This is so enjoyable and I hope you still like them. What happened to the drakes? How did you work it out? Can you keep multiple drakes if you separate from the females?

How do you know which are male and female? I have sexed many geese and duck with ease but I can not tell with my 3 cayuga. If anyone can help me with advice please let me know! Thank you!

why are they rare? a website i went to said its $100 for 5 ducklings. doesn't seem too bad

Cayuga are a heavy domestic breed, they don't fly.

I just bought one cayuga along with a khakhi campbells and a bunch of rouens and pekins.
