Bad drama

I seen this drama second time but forwarded few scenes that cruel a bit. But in real life even people who able to speak also living like this kind of environment. ML really had tough time to act out but he did the best. FL really gave her part well and create real pityful situation for a lady with disability to live a normal and save life. Ending... Ok. Rest of team did their characters well.

This is an amazing drama that continues to uncover more and more surprises and gets better and better as it goes on. But it’s hard to watch.

ML (Bai Fang Wen) gives an amazing, heartfelt and heart breaking performance here. Clearly he has been so damaged (by his ‘mom’) that he suffers from paranoia and depression? A personality disorder? He absolutely loves the FL but what he does, (and what she feels,) is surely abuse. Yu Yin is amazing as the mute wife and the 2ML is one of my favorite douyin drama actors. Si Yang (can’t find his real name anywhere,sorry).

The male lead is bipolar and abusive in nature. The female lead doesn’t remember things. It would have been a better ending to stay with the sml because he is the one who has best interest and love towards the female lead. Whereas male lead and female lead have lot disturbing and distressing past that revolves around them. If by accident the female lead remembers bits and pieces of her past then it will be more contrasting and make her insane.

The male lead has an ulterior motive to punish his mother and her daughter but at the same time safeguard the female lead which he literally fails and only causes the female lead mental torture and depression. That itself shows that he isn’t fit to be either the female lead.

But this is Chinese drama. So logic never works here and it is a must that the leads should get together in the end.

No sense to spend $$$$ on Maserati and not on treatment for wife's???? Cannot understand the cruelty n toxic behaviours at all.

Este drama me parece demasiado tormentoso, con un exceso de violencia por demás innecesaria. El ML no vivía con la madre como para justificar el trato cruel 24/7 hacia la FL; él bien podía protegerla y cuidarla cuando estaban solos. En cambio, se unió al clan maltratador y dejó a su esposa a merced de los malos con todas las consecuencias que hubo despues. Supongo que la única manera que encontraron para que la pareja terminara junta al final, fue provocar en la FL una condición muy desfavorable con poca esperanza de recuperación. En todo caso, es una historia que muestra que aquellos que nos rodean no necesariamente nos quieren y hasta donde podemos llegar si somos extremadamente sumisos, no nos damos a respetar o no nos hacemos valer

WTAF did I just watch? I hated this one with a passion. How dare the writers give him a happy ending. He was a vicious, unhinged, narcissistic and abusive devil who tortured her almost to death and they dare to write her going back to him because she forgot everything except his face and name? FOH! Wish I could scrub this traumatic experience from my brain.
