I subscribed last week and went through all your recipes and was like... now what? :D So good timing for a new video, I was out of material to watch :D Great channel <3
ОтветитьLooks juicy, Vijaya!Happy holidays ;-)
ОтветитьVijaya!!! Your curry recipes honestly amazing legit. You have an incredible palate. Do you take requests? Are you able to share a chicken korma recipe that uses blanched almonds (or almond meal) and heavy cream? (No coconut)
ОтветитьOh my this looks amazing!!!
Ответить👍👍🍴👌🏻👌🏻💃💃👏🍷
ОтветитьCan I use this paste on chicken????
ОтветитьI quartered this recipe to make a roast chicken tonight and it was absolutely incredible!! I added some lemon zest to the marinade and roasted the chicken with the cut lemon inside, with lots of onions in the pan to get caramelized. Thank you so much! This is going in my regular rotation for sure.
ОтветитьSounds wonderful. I have a whole chicken in the freezer. Do you think I’d need to adjust any of the spices to use this recipe on chicken?
ОтветитьHow do you baste this Turkey so that it is nice and juicy?
ОтветитьDid you baste the turkey?
ОтветитьNeeded this recipe as my family is from India, ( I am American) first time I'm cooking Thanksgiving for them thank you so much for this.
ОтветитьHi…do I need to cover w/ foil in the oven?
Will 10 lbs work with same cooking time?
Thx…
Wow, I never thought to add nutmeg to my roasted bird. I have tried adding allspice & cinnamon to my roasted chicken--great additions; of course, I've never cooked a turkey before, so your recipe is greatly appreciated. . . looks like lots of great ingredients. I can't wait to try this recipe.
CELESTE, in the ATL 💐
Hes lock like to drue
ОтветитьThank you. Tried this recipe and all were pleased with it
ОтветитьDo Americans use Garam masala?
As Indian I just wanna know it.
Nice ! Will try today
ОтветитьDo you recommend something more natural than red food dye?
ОтветитьYou really need to try injecting the masala into the turkey using a meat injector and marinating overnight. The results especially in the breast meat is phenomenal. I'm from Houston, TX and deep fried Cajun seasoned turkeys have been all the rage for years. I have created a fusion by injecting and rubbing with tandoori masala instead of Cajun seasoning and the results have been amazing. My guests can never get enough and I have gotten many requests to prepare turkeys for others during the holidays
ОтветитьThat turkey's gonna be dry AF! It needs fat...either, ghee, butter or mustard oil or some combination of these.
ОтветитьDid you wash the turkey
ОтветитьHow long I have to put oven
