As a little girl my great grandmother use to climb the tree pick the coffee and do the process all by herself. I use to enjoy watching her do the process. I would help her take the seed from the fruit and would suck the juicy fruit to take out the seed. 😂
That coffee use to be so tasteful with coconut milk.

Same thing was done with the cocoa fruit into fresh chocolate. Oh how that cocoa use to taste lovely with coconut milk.

If you caught a glimpse of the machine harvesting, you’ll see why massive corporate farms are a horrible way to produce. Look at all of the green cherries mixed in with the red ripe ones. Those will become Quakers when roasted, and ruin the flavor of the ripe beans. That particular farm is obviously manufacturing low quality coffee like Folgers or Maxwell house, gas station, coffees, generic branded coffee for restaurants.

How did Humanity became the idea to roast that and make some of the best things of the world out of it?! Its mindblowing 😅
