When I was about five my older neighbor told me "you're a mama’s boy and need to toughen up." He turned me against myself and I have spoken cruel words. I've lived with so much guilt and shame. I'm realizing that these are not mine to carry or bare. My truth is that I'm sensitive and loving. This is helping me forgive and I'm regaining my confidence.

I can't talk to others without thinking about what they will say about me.
And I end up alone, is this a problem with the throat?

Speak truth and only truth.
For lies come from the enemy.
Do not speak falsehood of others or God will silence you for good. If you have done it, repent and turn from your ways and ask God to return your voice back. For the enemy also blocks your voice so you do not speak the truth. So use your discernment. Judge yourselves, so that you may not be judged. Repent of your sins and turn from it. Amen!

Lord, for those that are speaking truth out of here and notice that there vocal cords are being blocked, I want to p share this. As soon as you notice your voice is not the same. Stop and start praying to God to clear and remove blockage and perhaps play these sounds and frequencies and see how fast it clears up. It will be because the enemy does not want you to speak up and speak truth or bring God's word to the lost and be the light that God wants you to be for others. So be smart and be discerning. I do it everyday before heading to my customer service job

I remembered someone saying a couple days ago that their throat chakra is blocked and they cant "speak". Well It came to mind a few minutes ago after i saw a throat chakra post. I realized i have had trouble speaking up for myself lately.. This is a sign and sudden realization. Thank you God and the divine, trusted Universe for this realization what a blessing i am definitely very grateful ❤️.

I heve a question. Since I started to work seriously with my chakras I develop the throat problems, I have a dry cough and difficulties with breathing, I feel very uncomfortable in my throat, it's already a few weeks. Is that normal ?
