How I harvest edible thistle stalks #foraging

How do you eat it?

Bake em, boil em, stick em in a stew!

Hard pass.

Hah, my dad allways eats one of those when he finds it. I'm not a big fan if the taste but yeah, it is edible.

What about the leaves , how do you process them for intake?
