Are you suggesting we should not be taking any kind of Glutamine supplementation? As I always thought it was a highly recommended product.

Since vitamin D “shuts down” glutamine uptake does that then decrease growth hormone for adolescent kids as glutamine is a growth factor?

We aren't what we eat, we are what we can absorb. I would take the D with ox bile, to ensure you can absorb it. At a different meal take Vit k and ox bile. If taken together you won't get as much D or K.
If your poop floats, even a little, you are not digesting your fats, and will benefit from ox bile, or bile salts, which in turn will help you absorb all fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K, and EFAs).

Casey, Chemtrails are destroying our Ozone layer and UV C is now reaching the surface. Maybe you have felt it on your skin as it feels like you are being microwaved. I live in Texas and was out walking the last 8 years. I have noticed this effect over the years.

What you experts always get wrong when discussing vitamin D is that your studies use synthetic vitamin D rather than natural vitamin D.
Almost assuredly you are using vitamin D from lambs wool. How many people have lambs wool in their diet?
Until you do a study using vitamin D derived from fish oil and compare the results with vitamin D derived from lambs wool you are misleading people.
Let’s see a study using a natural vitamin D source before you make any more claims?
Please don’t take this as negative because it’s just common sense constructive criticism.

You are incredible Doc. Please get this information out to Australia where the brainwashing is so real, casting the sun as evil.
I have sported a deep, dark tan for 53 years. I sunbathe nude thirty minutes on both sides dsily. Sometimes l will spend 7 hours in the sun at the local lakes, rivers.
I have no moles at all, or freckles.
I am of Polish heritage and our people seem to be able to tan easily.
I have NEVER been on a medication, and naturally concieved my son at 45 years of age.
When my vutamin D levels where checked during pregnancy they told me l had the highest levels they had ever seen in a pregnant women.
I am post menopausal, and have excellent bone density.
I feel fabulous and run 100 kms aweek.
The sun is my god!!
Please keep getting the word out there!
Australians slather themselves in stinky, chemical sunscreens, but melanoma is through the roof down under!!

Dr. Peavler one of the supplements I take contains Glutathione which apparently contains Glutamine. Since I'm trying to restrict glutamine it seems counter productive if not harmful in trying to fight cancer. Also in regard to Professor Seyfried's work on fighting cancer he mentions that all cancers need Glucose and Glutamine for fuel. On some of the Prostate websites they are saying that Prostate Cancer is different in that it doesn't need either of those for fuel. And that is can survive on fat and amino acids. Now I'm really confused.

Dude, the sun radiation burns your skin, it's called "sunburn" lol. People that have a "healthy tan" end up with f*cked up skin when they age. They look MUCH older then they should. Just take 1000iu vitamin D supplement with K2 and zinc. 🫠

Nice video. I'm new to your channel, so you may have covered this previously, but I'm sorta confused about glutamine. I have seen Seyfried talk about glutamine helping cancer grow, but I have previously read that glutamine is an immune booster. Is there a sweet spot for glutamine? Also, I have had digestive issues my whole life and have figured it is leaky gut. I have read that glutamine is good for leaky gut. Is this something I should avoid? Thanks.

Nature is amazingly wise. Very informative. I hope, assume, Thomas Seyfried will bring this up as well.
Can also tell that I would like to know more about what serum level range one should aim at. I am at 180 nmol/L and I was sharply advised by a Dr. that this is way too much. "Stop taking that supplement".... I personally believe that anywhere between 100 and 200 is a good level. Any comments? Where I live we have barely 4 months usable sunlight. UVB source might be wise to get???

I have listened to many of Dr Sefried's presentations and understand the relatively simple idea of starving cancers of glucose with intermittent fasting to promote autophagy. I have also followed the need of also blocking glutamine. What do you mean more specifically when you talk about "pulsing" glutamine inhibition because it is essential to other cells in the immune system. Does this mean cycling intake of vitamin D. Also, how or where would we get 125 hydroxy vitamin D.

I'm so happy to have found someone who is merging Seyfried's Press-pulse protocol with Dr. Jack Kruse. I totally agree that Seyfried has a blind spot with all with regard to all of the other factors that affect metabolism: light, water, EMF.

I'll be doing a deep dive of your videos 🤪

I was diagnosed with CLL 4 years ago. I've been doing the press pulse protocol for a little more than a year. But I've always been making sure to get out in the sun as much as possible.

I find that sauna combined with the press pulse has the most bang for the buck. It definitely moves the needle.
