That HR for the pace is mega. I am picking up the easy runs in the new year. I think taking them too easy has not stimulated my endurance enough. My top end came down but my endurance has let me down in anything over 5k. Your a certified runner mate 💪 it's where u belong. Get that TT done on a parkrun instead of hurdling over cars pulling out on the estate and you'll smash that 🙌 top video once again. Best training vlogs I've come across 📹👍

ОтветитьGreat work and superb work ethic. Those consistent wins are a great way to start the day and they build amazing momentum if you keep showing up. One mini tip from me: make sure to refuel properly after sessions. I was in great running form but started to not eat after some hard runs. Got badly injured then in muscle. You know yourself

ОтветитьMatt could I ask some advice on some marathon speed sessions? Also how would you do your pacing like any 5k or 10k pacing in once a week and a threshold session. I'm not sure how to go about it. I ran a maratjon last year but didn't really do speed work as such
