Im having trouble with auto ordering in the UK, the order stays in progress then returns an error. I thought the ordering was done through AutoDS amazon accounts, but its done through my connected account? Does it have to be a Prime account?

I have been using your service for about 2 months now and it’s been a major disappointment.

First of all it’s confusing to learn to use your system. Then to make things worse, billing is not transparent. Lots of hidden fees, and when I asked for a refund or cancellation on a subscription I didn’t make, you say a 10% processing fee is going to be charged for cancelling an action I did not make.

Then the worst thing of all is, the “Auto processing” of orders on AutoDS is VERY SLOW. So much so that I often have to step in myself to fulfill the order myself so I keep within the delivery time frame promised to my customer. Then, the system finally processes the order as well, resulting in a duplicate purchase (and me paying twice: the first time by myself and the second time because AutoDS finally processed the order after waiting many many days) and I eventually LOST MONEY on both transactions.

Why is AutoDS SO UNRELIABLE, CONFUSING AND INFLEXIBLE?? I thought it was supposed to help me fulfill my orders so I can focus my time on other things. Instead, it created more stress and duplicate purchases. Don’t you care about keeping your subscribers happy?

You list Wayfair in your White Label options, which I agree is a great option... if your stock and price monitoring worked with Wayfair. I've been using AutoDS for over 6 months, and this is now my 4th time where my products are "out of stock," but when I go to the supplier page, they are indeed in stock. Then I get hundreds of emails daily with my products flip-flopping between in and out of stock. I reached out to AutoDS and submitted a ticket over a week ago & it's still not resolved. Customer service seems incompetent and tries to make up for it with heart emojis. Kind of wild that this is a paid-for service where the software doesn't work and customer service are at best extremely slow/unresponsive and at worst incompetent in their software.

Amazon says you can’t have other sellers info on products how can you safely drop ship with Amazon without intercepting anything?

How to Label your brand on packing and product. That option I don't see in Printy. Printfull does have but quite expense products

Where we can sell white label products I mean on ebay ,amz ,fb marketplace??

Why do you guys have the definition of white-labeling wrong? Check this definition and tell me why you've decided to flip the meaning?

Hi. Where is the product research dropshipping spreadsheet you said you linked?

You said over 90% on the list are white label providers, but some of them if not all like Amazon use their own logos with their packaging, so that wouldn't be considered white labelling or am I missing something?

White labeling is YOUR brand plastered on someone else's product. You have no say in the product, but it's your brand label and you do the marketing. The product is not unique to you. Only your brand and marketing differentiate it. Private label is more expensive and upfront cost is higher because you have a say in the product to make it your own custom product, just manufactured by someone else. The product is unique to you. Reselling is hosting a storefront where you sell other people's products.
