Wait, if the government wanted to remove coke from the market because it depeletes water reserves in a poor country without enough drinking water supply, how does launching another soft drink help it. Maybe instead of launching more obesity inducing sugar water, we should close down this junk and focus on real issues like food security, nutrition sufficiency and adequate drinking water supply.

Coca-cola and Pepsi both have many flavours in other countries, but very less flavours in India. Coca-cola through their sub-brand Fanta have many flavours while Pepsi also has some flavours under Mountain dew & Mirinda in other countries. Some flavours like Green apple, Litchi, Pineapple, Watermelon should be brought to India as well

Campa-cola to compete and become big can take this opportunity and launch more flavours. Imported cans cost Rs.80-90 in wholesale while in some stores they can cost even upto Rs.200. If Campa-cola launches other falvours, then a 500 ml bottle of a new flavour will cost less and can force Coca-cola and Pepsi to bring other flavours to India as well
