Great film
ОтветитьVice Squad!
ОтветитьThank you for a fine picture. However I would not call it a film noir: it is a police procedural
ОтветитьWow,the movie is so fast pace. The acting are all great Action, suspense and some comedy.,roll into one. Brilliant film..Edward Robinson at his best.
ОтветитьWhat a Corker.
ОтветитьPretty good.

ОтветитьKeep em coming welldone🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
ОтветитьA slick flick with no wasted celluloid.
ОтветитьSo the moral of the story is the police can do whatever they want illegal search is illegal detention lying to witnesses threatening witnesses as long as they get what they want in the end it was good to see that somethings never change
ОтветитьThanks for the great film.
ОтветитьGreat film! Edward G Robinson is so good in everything he's in!
ОтветитьMan I love Edward G he’s the best.
ОтветитьThey paid him too much for this ^%$#@
ОтветитьGreat movie…but this is not Film Noire
ОтветитьThe seeds of endemic police corruption
ОтветитьPaulette Goddard was "SEX ON LEGS"
ОтветитьEdward Binns was never a Hollywood "pretty boy heart throb", but always delivered an excellent every day "BLOKE" performance, a much under-rated actor
ОтветитьCapt. Barnaby: "Is it alright if I smoke during the interview?" Interviewer's reply: "That's what we want! Here, have one of ours."
Ответитьexcellent noir
ОтветитьAmazing Movie!
Ответитьgreat movie. thanks for posting.
Ответить"Every bridge"? In L. A.? What bridge, to where? The bridge to Pasadena?

ОтветитьRate 6.6

ОтветитьI love all these Saturday night film NOIR nights...look forward to these every Saturday night..
Ответитьlove this movie!
ОтветитьI have watched this one several times. Wonderful! I love Edward G. Robinson. The Stranger is a great movie too. Edward G. Robinson is hunting a Nazi war criminal is that one. Excellent cast too. If you like this one, you will like that one as well.
ОтветитьI knew this was going to a be good movie when I saw that Al Teitelbaum provided the furs.🙄🦊
ОтветитьThis us true human nature, we are all wretched and need a true relationship with our Savior Jesus Christ ❤

ОтветитьHello excellent film love black n white
ОтветитьWas a lovely film like Edward G Robinson people should not shoot polivemen awful when that happens we do not like that in the UK either
ОтветитьExcellent film! Had Vice Squad been mad3 I to a series that would have been a great too!
E. Robinson and supporting cast did a fine job!
Eddie Robinson is the best! Great, great film!
ОтветитьEdward G. Robinson is a great actor!!!
ОтветитьThere are only three other men who have the same film noir gravitas that Edward G. Robinson does: Humphrey Bogart, Robert Mitchum and Sterling Hayden. All four have that certain something that makes their movies stand out and shine. Love this film!
ОтветитьCpt. Barnaby sucks, film sucks too!
ОтветитьCaptain barnaby (Edward g.Robinson) leader of the Los Angeles vice squad is trying to track down the murderers of a beat cop. 👮 to do this.,he pulls some strings to coerce help from Mona Ross ( Paulette Goddard) the madam behind a local escort ring.using this lead and further help from an informant, barnaby hunts down a pair of bank 🏦 robbers he suspects are the killers! However, the criminals prove to be hard to find and catch,so barnaby must stay determined! Edward g.Robinson is a good actor-one of the best! Paulette Goddard-hmmm- she’s more glamorous ply playing a madam! Great film 🎥! 😊😊😊😊😊
ОтветитьAh, Any movie with Eddie G., in it, is a sure fire, classic, hit! What a guy! lots of class!
ОтветитьTerrific film thank you!
ОтветитьThanks for posting.
Ответить😉 Adam Williams who played Marty, the hood who backed out of the robbery, was a decorated Navy pilot in the South Pacific during wwii.
ОтветитьI notice that in a lot of these old movies we, the audience, are encouraged to condone breaking the law by the police. Somehow we are supposed to overlook the potential for abuse and just trust them to wiretap us, cage us, trump us charges, and in general do what they want. The movie trope of the crusading cop out for justice and a force unto himself is still with us to this day.
