Just realized that lil Wayne probably dropped that news in ‘16 on purpose, like he coulda just tweeted it or told it on some huge media platform but he knew that doing it on the nine club would get y’all publicity that he didn’t rly need as much as y’all.
ОтветитьBert Kreischer carrying around a board with square wheels everywhere to practice ollies on. "Kook of the day!"
For. Real. Lmao. That is a kook move, bad 😂😂😂
Nine Club is the hookups slick deck u wanted
ОтветитьTony! you can make a 3 hour last skate video part and I'd watch it on repeat! Don't hold back!
ОтветитьTony Hawk: "It'll never happen here either."
2 months later.
It does.
Hey I'm 39 can i be on the nine club I'll skate the Venice curbs with you homies.
Ответитьwhaaat you started on sirius (or what it's called)??
were you live at the time, when Art Bell was still on sirius (and alive)?
that must have felt amazing =D
also it's funny to see crob and hawk in one place, because hawk got me into skating as a kid and crob brought me back to skating as an adult ;-)
DONT LAUGH! Pistachios are a lifestyle
ОтветитьThanks for having me more! I had a bigger blast!
ОтветитьThe historical value that The Nine Club carries is true and important. It is really really cool to see the "old men" that many of us admired, at times emulated (or tried to at least,) and maybe even fortunate enough to have kicked around with at EMB, Rotation Station, or The Turf.
I am forever grateful to skateboarding for enriching my life the way it has. Skating is one for the few things I have done in my life that has notably changed the way in which I observe and interact with the world around me. Lifelong friendships were forged. Exposed me to musics and foods that, if not for skating, I may not have had these profound discoveries until much later in life, if ever. The independence and self-reliance that skating taught me some thirty-five years ago not only serves me well today, but perhaps negated those inhibitions that would have otherwise delayed or prevented me from experiencing all of those "extras" that came along with skating like different musics and cultures.
Anyway... great interview. I applaud all of you for what you do for skating.
why is jason ellis the way he is
ОтветитьHoly fucking SHIT... GEORGE JUST SMOKED HERB WITH BOB!!!! Oh thats hilarious!!! Right there at the end... W. O. W!!!!!!
ОтветитьGuilty on the whole wood „taking” thing😂
ОтветитьYall I am at the part where yall are talking about how you guys are getting ppl back into skating. I am 35 and am anxiously awaiting my new board. Its a cheap complete but its a board again. I am eventually going to get my zero deck and some Reds bearing
ОтветитьI feel like Chris probably drives more board sales now than he would've during his pro career, precisely because of the Nine Club and his relevance in skateboarding culture now
ОтветитьSup Ol buddies

ОтветитьCrob kinda looks like Willem Dafoe here

ОтветитьJason looks like Fred durst in this one lol. Love you guys!!
ОтветитьI feel like Chris Roberts would be a good cartoon voice actor
Ответитьdo people ever have skate vids with sad/romantic music?
ОтветитьNon-pro-skater guests work on this podcast because Tony and Jason are interesting people and know how to make the conversation interesting to the viewers.
....
That being said; You guys gonna have Bob Burnquist on the Pod? Be a great episode...
Great episode, Chris is such a cool guy and a fantastic skater . Can we get Dubs on here next?
ОтветитьChris Roberts has become a great speaker. Cool episode. Friday night here, sitting here bored and I came upon this. Great interview 👍
ОтветитьMY DOGS NAME IS LOLA TOO❤
ОтветитьGet Gator, talk about surf bags.
ОтветитьIs the conversation winding down?
ОтветитьThe funniest thing about the Hawk vs Wolf show is the shameless advertising they do. Erectile disfunction, male pattern baldness, dog food. It's funny.
Ответить@ChrisRoberts
You're a "Chris Roberts"
Jesus Christ the ad reads are a little absurd.
Ответитьdamn is that upside down logo birdhouse hoodie available anywhere?
ОтветитьHonestly never heard of Chris Roberts until 9 club. So either he skated mid 90's or before or wasn't very good.
ОтветитьWellllllllll
ОтветитьThese ads are brutal
